Kronos Applicant Tracking System

published on 24 September 2022

The Kronos software is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that was designed with one goal in mind: to make your job as an Assistant Executive Director or Senior Manager easier!

The Kronos ATS has several key features that can help you manage applications, recruiters, meetings, and even track time using the app.

It also allows you to create interviews, surveys, and assessments easily and quickly, so you do not have to worry about what tools you have and how to use them.

This article will go into more detail about each feature of the Kronos ATS but first, let’s talk some numbers!

Kronos ATS Pricing

The Kronos ATS comes in three tiers depending on the size of your organization. You get 2 GB of storage for free when you sign up and are able to access the platform via mobile device or computer.

You will be charged $9 per user per month after that if you would like advanced features such as video interviewing, document editing, and survey creation. These cost extra; we did not include those in our base package due to their expense.

We recommend using at least the Plus Package to reap all of the benefits of the application. We think this price is very fair since you get quite a lot given that it only costs $99 per year which equals out to around $8 per person per month.

Who uses Kronos?

Applications that use Kronos as their ATS are very diverse. They range from small businesses looking to run their own internal services, to large corporations with complex HR systems that they are trying to streamline or replace completely.

Kronos is built by humans, for humans. It was designed with simplicity in mind.

It does not offer every feature out there, but it does enough well that most people are just fine using it. And if you are ever unhappy with its functionality, you can easily remove it and switch to another ATS.

There are many free versions of Kronos available online and through software vendors. Many of these come with limited features so make sure to do your research before investing in the paid version!

Here are some general tips when working with an applicant tracking system (ATS):
- Make sure to check how easy it is to export all your data. This way you will have no issues when changing ATSs later on. Some require you to pay extra to get this feature, so be aware of that!

- Test out any third-party apps like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google to see if they work properly with your ATS. There may be some limitations due to privacy settings, but making sure things function normally is important.

- Check whether the ATS has mobile applications. This is especially helpful if you need to access the system while on the go.

How does it work?

ATSs use software to gather information about you when you apply for a position. This includes technology such as fingerprinting, face recognition, speech processing, and even scanning documents and receipts. All this data is then stored in an online database that matching employers can access.

Many of these tools have settings where they are required to be disabled during employment, but some companies disregard this. It is important to do your research on any ATS system before giving them your personal information.

There are many ways to protect yourself against identity theft. Some of the things you can do include not sharing too much detail about yourself while applying for jobs, using fake or anonymous names when filling out forms, and never providing payment details (such as credit cards) when hiring a service.

In today’s digital age, protecting your privacy has become increasingly difficult. It is our responsibility as consumers to make sure we are taking appropriate steps to safeguard ourselves.

Does it have any benefits?

A lot of companies these days use some kind of applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job applications, resumes, and in-person interviews. There are many ATSs that people recommend for different purposes. Some cost money, while others are free or low costed, but there is one major downfall with most ATSs: they can be difficult to use!

Making things more complicated, not all ATSs work the same way. This makes it hard for professionals to advise them because nobody knows how someone else’s software works.

Do I need a website to apply with Kronos?

Being able, as of late, to peruse applications for free at any time, you may not feel that an online presence is important for your employment chances. That could be one reason why some job seekers don’t have one!

It is totally understandable if you do not feel like investing in an internet profile right now. Employers look at having a web presence as a way to assess whether or not you will take care of business and how professional you are. They also want to make sure that anyone who applies for a position has done their research about the company and what it stands for.

Interactive features such as looking up employee information and reviews can tell employers more about you than just your cover letter and resume.
